Gym staff is not responsible for cancelling memberships as these are entirely managed by our billing company Debit Success.

To Cancel your membership, simply call Debit Success on 1800 148 848 and request your membership to be cancelled.

As per our terms and conditions, the cancellation process is a 30 days notice*, in order to allow our billing company to process your cancellation in line with billing cycles.
